Is there any difference between online loan application and application at branches?
Currently, the following loans can be applied for online:

  • Mortgages
  • Personal Instalment Loan
  • Revolving Credit Facility
  • Personal Tax Loan (only available during tax loan promotion period)
Application for overdraft is not available online. Online applications will be processed in the same way as those received at branches.

Can I check my loan account balance online?
Yes, you can check your Mortgage, Personal Instalment Loan, Revolving Credit Facility or Personal Tax Loan account balance on "Banking" page. Detail account information is also available for Personal Instalment Loan and Personal Tax Loan under "My loan account" on "Loans" page.

When I redraw from my Personal Instalment Loan account, I received an error message "Please retry or enable JavaScript of your browser. Please refer to the FAQ section for details.", What should I do to continue my application?
